The First Chocolate Experience in Norfolk
to take place in your own home!
Warning: expect to exceed your calorie quota when you take part!
This Chocolate Experience is a hands-on activity that will give you the opportunity to work with chocolate in your own home.
Under the guidance of Saffire's Artisan Chocolatier you will be given the opportunity to:
· Work with Belgian Chocolate (dark, milk and/or white)
· Create your own hand made chocolates, bars, novelties and truffles
· Learn to dip, pour, mould and drizzle
· Appreciate the difference between melted and tempered chocolate
· Learn about the process 'from bean to bar'
· Sample a range of chocolate from around the world
And afterwards, you get to keep your chocolate creations and your own hand-made chocolate bowl!
All this for only £49 per person
all you need to provide is a work area - we bring everything with us!
We prefer to work with a minimum of 2 people
East person will require an individual work space of 4 foot
(table, worksurface etc).

Course Details:
· Allow 2 hours for your experience
· All sessions must be pre-booked and £15 deposit required
· Sessions will be at an agreed time and venue.
This course may not suitable for people with nut or dairy allergies
Spectators are not usually encourage.
· All classes are hands-on and although you will be provided with an apron you may get chocolate on your clothes therefore, please wear clothing that will wash
Whilst we are very happy to travel to you, across the length and breadth of England , travel costs will be incurred for venues over 15 miles from our base in Norwich at 25p/mile.Venues over 125 miles may incur an additional accomodation cost.
