Coconut Ice
Soft and sticky, this coconut ice is reminicent of a childhood before 'E' numbers, artificial colours and flavours. Hand made in our workshop, this coconut ice is only available in colour-free 'white'.
These are not included within our luxury chocolate range because no chocolate is involved!
If you like coconut ice you will love this!
Chocolate Coated Brazils
A suggestion from a custom led to this being introduced into our range. Brazil nuts contain the most selenium of any foods, and selenium is used in the body to achieve the 'feel-good' factor. Add this to rich dark chocolate that is reported to stimulate the endorphins in the brain - and you have a winning combination!
Please note, we do not coated our chocolates with a food laquer and so they will not have the high glossy finish of some mass produced chocolates.
Chocolate Coated Crystallised Ginger
Love it or hate it; there's no middle ground. If you love Ginger this is for you. Again, like our Chocolate Brazils, these chocolates do not have a high glossy
finish as they are not coated with food lacquer.

Belgian Chocolate Buttons
These are the chocolate 'buttons' we use to produce our handmade chocolates. This is the most economical way of experiencing the luxurious taste of Belgian chocolate. Available in dark, milk, white or mixed bags.
Belgian Chocolate Flavoured Buttons
We can supply you with a range of Belgian Chocolate buttons in a variety of colours and flavours including the Strawberry Buttons you need for Delia's recipes.
These buttons are about 1cm diameter and are ideal both to eat and for confectionary decorations. Contact us for more information about what is in stock.
